Return Policy

At Noonie’s Handmade Quilts, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality quilts that meet their expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

- Quilts must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

- Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required for all returns.

2. Return Process:

- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the designated return period.

- Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

- Quilts must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds:

- Once the returned quilt is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

- Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

- Customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability.

- If the requested quilt is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

- If the requested quilt is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

- For hygiene reasons, quilts that have been used, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.

- Custom-made quilts, personalized quilts, and sale/clearance items are also non-returnable.

6. Defects:

- We take pride in the quality of our quilts and strive to ensure they are free from defects.

- If a customer suspects a defect, they must notify us within 7 days of receiving the quilt.

- We may request photographic evidence or ask the customer to return the quilt for inspection.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

- Our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

- If a customer is unhappy with the quilt they received, we encourage them to contact us.

- We value feedback and will work with the customer to find a suitable resolution, such as an exchange or store credit.

8. Exceptions:

- In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges, such as for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or have been tampered with.
